Prime Minister, the Most Hon. Portia Simpson Miller, greets exuberant students of the Cockburn Gardens Primary and Junior High School in Kingston today (June 19), following the launch of a behaviour modification initiative at the institution’s Hagley Park Road premises. The initiative dubbed: ‘Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA) Behaviour Modification Programme’ will be implemented at the Cockburn Gardens Primary and Junior High School in September and is aimed at addressing anti-social tendencies.
