Ruel Reid, addresses Thursday’s (January 25) launch of the joint Ministry/University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) Early College and Advanced Placement High School Programme. The launch, which included the signing of a memorandum of understanding facilitating the partnership, was held at the UCC’s main campus on Worthington Avenue in New Kingston.
