Kingston’s Mayor, Senator Councillor Delroy Williams (right) and Chief Executive Officer, Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC), Robert Hill (second left), are joined by several stakeholders in laying flowers at the ‘Secret Gardens’ Monument on Friday (June 23) in observance of the National Day of Mourning for Jamaica’s Children who have been victims of violence and abuse. The Monument, which is located at the intersection of Church and Tower Streets in downtown Kingston, was erected by the KSAMC.
