Minister of Science, Energy, Telecommunications and Transport, Hon. Marriott, Jr., just before the start of the 45th Festival of Lights ceremony at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints Temple in Kensington, Maryland, on Wednesday (December 4). Looking on is Chairman of the Board of Marriott International, David Marriott. The annual event is hosted by Mr J.W. Marriott. Over 500,000 lights are turned on, signalling the start of Advent season.
