Pearnel Charles Jr., addressing Tuesday’s (December 18) local launch of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) publication, ‘Migration and the 2030 Agenda’, at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston. The event, jointly staged with the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), formed part of activities marking International Migrants Day on December 18, under the theme ‘Migration with Dignity’.
