Peter Phillips, speaking at the 2015 Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League Limited Convention and the 74th Annual General Meeting, held at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort on May 29. He congratulated the Credit Union Movement for the role it has been playing in the development of the financial sector.
