Peter Brady and Director General, Marine Safety and Security at Transport Canada, Joanna Manger, sign a Reciprocal Recognition Agreement to enable seafarers from Jamaica and Canada to work on ships sailing under the Jamaican or Canadian flags, at the International Maritime Organization Headquarters, in London, recently.  Witnessing the signing are Alternate Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization, Michelle Toering Sanders (left, standing) and Acting Jamaican High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Patrice Laird Grant.
