Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Youth Organisation for Upliftment, Jamaica, Aubrey Stewart, addresses participants in attendance at the annual staging of the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission’s culture club consultation at the Shortwood Teachers’ College in St. Andrew today (November 9). During the event, a sensitisation session was also held to discuss the pending merger of culture clubs. Mr. Stewart was guest speaker at the function.
