Acting Executive Director of the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC), Orville Hill (right), congratulates Samoya Jordon, after the recent sashing ceremony for the Miss Kingston and St. Andrew Festival Queen Competition held at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre, St. Andrew.
