The presentation was made during a ceremony at the National Irrigation Commission’s (NIC) Newport/Duff House Office in Manchester on Wednesday (July 31). The fertiliser was part of a batch donated by Newport Fersan Jamaica Limited in support of the Government’s post-hurricane recovery efforts.
