In response to the growing number of motorcycle-related deaths on the island, the JN Foundation, Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), National Road Safety Council, the FIA Foundation and the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP), signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in 2025.
Under the agreement, members of the JCF’s Traffic Division will benefit from training and other support to strengthen motorcycle helmet enforcement legislation.
