If you’re a parent living in western Jamaica and your child needs specialized healthcare, that often means making the long and painstaking journey to Kingston to attend the Bustamante Hospital for Children.
However, with the planned opening of the Western Child and Adolescent Hospital by June 2025 the Government hopes this kind of situation will be a thing of the past.
