Abigail Morgan, a freelance information technology (IT) expert, describes a freelancer as someone who pursues a career without making a long-term commitment to one employer or someone who acts independently without being affiliated with or endorsed by an organization. She explained that as a young IT freelancer, to be efficient in the field, one must consider things such as who or what is your niche, as well as what skill or service you will be focusing on and offering to clients.
