Member of Parliament for St. Andrew West Rural, Hon. Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn, addresses the official commissioning ceremony for a free Wi-Fi Hotspot facility in the Lawrence Tavern community in St. Andrew, recently. The facility was sponsored by the Universal Service Fund (USF), which provides Free Community Wi-Fi designed to increase Internet access to unserved and underserved, and rural communities, to facilitate greater digital inclusion. The goal of the project is to provide 189 Free community Wi-Fi facilities across the island.
