Singer N.V. (Symbol: SNGR) (“Singer” or “the Company”) announced today that it had sold Singer Jamaica Ltd. (“Singer Jamaica”), the Singer Retail business in Jamaica, to AON International Inc. for a total consideration of approximately $8.5 million.
