The National Work Agency (NWA) is advising motorist and pedestrians that a section of Constant Spring Road in the vicinity of Grants Pen Road will be temporarily reduced to single lane usage. The Grants Pen Ford will also be closed for six (6) days, from today, Friday, March 06 until Wednesday, March 11, 2015.

Reduction of the roadway to single lane use and the temporary closure of the Grants Pen Ford are to facilitate improvement to the roadway at the intersection of Grants Pen Road and Constant Spring Road.

The concrete pavement at the Ford will be extended to Constant Spring Road. Motorists are advised to use suitable alternative routes during the period of the Ford’s closure.

The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists and pedestrians to obey all posted warning and directional signs as well as the instructions of flag persons.
