Routine Maintenance Activity Scheduled for TAJ Online Services

Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) will conduct maintenance activities to its online platform from 6:00 pm, Saturday, February 3, 2024, to 4:00 pm, Sunday, February 4, 2024.

As a result, the Tax Authority’s online services will be suspended and therefore inaccessible, as the scheduled maintenance work is undertaken to improve the business experience via the Authority’s digital platform.

Taxpayers who conduct business using the TAJ website at www.jamicatax.gov.jm or the TAJ Mobile App will NOT be able to conduct their usual online transactions during the period of the scheduled system downtime.

Affected applications/services include:

 All online payments, such as business related taxes, Property Tax and Certificate of Fitness Fee
 Online applications, such as TCC and Zero Rating
 Online queries, such as Property Tax query

Our technical teams will exert every effort to minimize the scheduled downtime.

Taxpayers will be kept informed of any adjustments to the scheduled downtime.
