In order to ensure that Jamaica stays ahead of the tourism market, even after COVID19, the Ministry of Tourism is offering free online training to all tourism workers through the Jamaica Centre of Tourism Innovation (JCTI). This as a measure of helping tourism workers to scale up their capacity so they can provide a higher quality of service after the pandemic.
