Any good contractor will tell you, the difference between a solid structure and a feeble one is quality building materials. That’s why it’s important for stakeholders in the sector to be aware of and understand how to apply the relevant standards being used for across the construction sector.
To provide an avenue for stakeholders to learn the standards is the reason the Bureau of Standards Jamaica BSJ established its Quality Institute.
