The PetroCaribe Development Fund (PCDF) Mission Accomplished
The PetroCaribe Development Fund (PCDF), as an independent body will cease to exist at the end of March.The Fund is to be integrated into the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service, with all its assets and a small amount of liabilities controlled by the fund transferred to the Ministry.
