Minster with responsibility for Education, Karl Samuda says a final decision is to be made about the administration of the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations at the next meeting of the CARICOM Heads of Government. The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) had proposed assessment for late June, July or September, October, with the administration of multiple-choice papers either online or paper based. In the meantime, other examining bodies have made recommendations regarding external examinations. For City & Guilds, the proposal is to use calculated results.
