Jamaica is now observing the global 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence which ends on World Human Rights Day, December 10.
Principal Director, Gender Affairs and Head of the Bureau of Gender Affairs, Sharon Coburn Robinson, says the Agency is using the opportunity to raise awareness about the work being done by the government to provide safer spaces for women and girls.
