We are in the Atlantic hurricane season and one of the most important recommendations for households is a plan of action should situations get dangerous. Emergency Services Coordinator at the Jamaica Red Cross, St. James branch, Neil Barrett, is urging residents to develop a family disaster plan in the event of natural disaster and other emergencies.
