The Government is proposing to spend 852.7 billion dollars for the 2020/21 financial year according to the Estimates of Expenditure tabled in the House of Representatives on Tuesday. A breakdown of the 852.7 billion dollar figure shows some 527.6 going towards non-debt above the line expenditure, with 453.4 billion for recurrent expenses and 74.2 billion for capital projects. 287.8 billion dollars will be used for debt-servicing.
