The Ministry of Education Youth and Information is to conduct a risk assessment surrounding the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, to determine if the start of the new academic year is to be delayed. Portfolio Minister, Karl Samuda, says the Ministry will also be engaging stakeholders in dialogue on the matter before a final decision is made.
