Businesses in St Catherine now have a 12-hour window in which to operate on Saturday, April 18 following adjustments to the times permitted for movement during the parish lockdown. Prime Minister Andrew Holness made the disclosure during his presentation to the House of Representatives on Wednesday, before outlining the changes.
