The Rastafarian Indigenous Village situated in Portebello, Irwin in St. James is a community based tourism project poised to bring tremendous benefits to the island.The village boasts a Solomonic Mall, Herbal Pharmacy, Ital Spice Kitchen, Ises or Conference Hall, I-tech Centre, Museum, Print Shop, Recording Studio, and a Wellness Centre and Healing Garden. The facility is 95 percent complete.
