    Private Diagnostic Radiology Services Now Available for Public Patients

    Patients at public hospitals are now accessing diagnostic radiology services from private service providers. A framework agreement for the initiative was signed on September 25 and came into effect on October 7. Patients can access CT and MRI scans, ultrasounds, Endoscopy, Fluoroscopy, Mammography and X-rays.     E-Learning Jamaica Company Limited e-LJam recently handed over 46 computer tablets to the Jamaica Physiotherapy Association, which will assist with the delivery of physiotherapy services in health facilities island wide.     Persons are the Essex Hall Primary School are thankful for their new rainwater harvesting system constructed by Rural Water Supply Limited RWSL a cost of approximately 3 million. The system includes a ten thousand gallon storage tank, gutters and pipelines.
