The NHF’s Work It Out Challenge geared at helping persons to reduce a person’s risk of developing chronic diseases through diet and physical activity is entering its 10th year. It is open to teams of 5 persons, aged 18 years and older, with a Body Mass Index of 28 and above. Through this initiative, participants are given 24 weeks to work at adopting a healthier lifestyle and lose weight.
