It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution” The insightful words of the Greek philosopher Aristotle that guide the minds and conduct of individuals who work in offices overseen by Dr. Aston Spencer. Dr Spencer is one of 79 educators who were on Wednesday awarded for the prestigious Prime Minister’s Medal of Appreciation. Expressing his passion for education, Dr Spencer said the award means the world to him.
