Tilapia Cooking Competition Launched
Jamaicans are being invited to showcase their tilapia cooking skills, for a chance to win cash and prizes. The cooking competition, dubbed ‘Many Moods of Tilapia’ is being spearheaded by the National Fisheries Authority (NFA), as part of efforts to further promote the aquaculture sector and increase consumption of the freshwater fish locally.
