Transforming Our Police Service Awards Programme
The Transforming Our Police Service (TOPS) awards programme was developed by the Police Civilian Oversight Authority (PCOA) in 2019. It is geared towards encouraging, inspiring and celebrating outstanding police service. This year, 34 stations were selected to participate from the Area 3 Division which comprises the Manchester, Clarendon and St. Elizabeth police divisions.
