The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica has chosen this year’s winner of the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) Renewable Energy Scholarship. The deserving recipient of this year’s award is Arlando Dunkley who hails from the parish of St. Catherine and is a past student of St. Jago High School.
