Under the law, property owners have the responsibility of clearing and keeping land, whether settled or unsettled. But in many neighbourhoods and commercial zones, you’ll find plots of land that seem abandoned. The NSWMA is warning Jamaicans who use these lands as illegal dumping sites to immediately cease the practice.
