National Irrigation Commission provides $1 million in scholarships for secondary and tertiary students

Creating educational opportunities for the nation’s youth continues to be a major objective of the Government. The National Irrigation Commission (NIC), under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, is working to realize that mission by awarding over $1 million in scholarships and grants to secondary and tertiary level students across the island.
