Kingston Creative has been a quiet but transformative force, changing the Downtown, Kingston space in recent months. One does not have to look far for the physical evidence, only take a trip to Water Lane, Church Street, Harbour Street and Rosemary Lane and observe the aesthetic difference being made through the organisation’s, Art Walk and mural projects. However, there have been concerns about the extent to which these efforts benefit the residents of Downtown.
