Director of Children and Family Programmes at the Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA), Warren Thompson (right), displays the cover of a story book to grade-two students at the Bamboo Primary and Junior High School in St. Ann during Read Across Jamaica Day on Tuesday (May 3). On Thursday February 09 the Heart Foundation of Jamaica launched its ‘Out of Our Schools’ Mass Media Campaign, in support of Phase 1 of the recently approved School Nutrition Policy which is being spearheaded by the Ministry of Health and Wellness in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Youth.
