During the 1980’s when many were unable to pursue higher education due to financial constraints, HEART Trust was conceptualized as an economic development driver to re-energize Jamaican industries and enterprises with skilled, certified labour. Created in 1982, HEART was designed to meet Mr. Seaga’s vision and passion to transform the lives of the average Jamaican.
