The sunshine city of Portmore in St Catherine is expanding, as more persons are planting roots in the municipality. IN recent times, Portmore has become the largest residential area on the island and the demand for basic services is expanding. One such demand is quality healthcare, with the nearest hospital in Spanish Town. There are a few health centers spread across the municipality, however some are not equipped to meet all the needs of residents.
One such facility is in Greater Portmore. With the new housing developments such as Phoenix Park and a few others, there is now a need to expand the services of the health center in Greater Portmore.
