The Government is seeking to broaden insurance coverage, to cater to the most vulnerable, through the proposed Microinsurance Bill.
The bill should be tabled in Parliament before March 31 next year and all Jamaicans are set to benefit from the legislative and product provisions being targeted for implementation.
But what exactly is microinsurance and how does it work?
