Development works continue at the beachfront property, along the Howard Cooke and Jimmy Cliff Boulevards, popularly known as ‘Dump Up Beach’ in Montego Bay, St, James. The 16-acre property is being transformed into a recreational space that will operate as a free access licensed public beach and a multi-purpose Park for residents and visitors to Montego Bay.
