Jamaicans to work abroad – not to Canada nor the United States this time but to our neighbor to the north Cuba! Eight trainees from the Operation Friendship Skills Training Centre in Kingston are set to gain valuable work experience in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security’s Overseas Employment Programme.
