Dudley Grant is often referred to as “the “Father of Early Childhood Development” in Jamaica and by extension the region, because of his extensive work in this area with policymakers and other stakeholders at a time when Early Childhood Development was not identified as priority. The JN Foundation and the University of the West Indies School of Education, Dudley Grant Early Childhood Resource Centre will be hosting a 2025 Colloquium to celebrate his legacy.
