The Ministry of Education and Youth, in collaboration with Public Higher Education Institutions, will be hosting a series of Tertiary Recruitment Drives in Kingston, Manchester and St. James. This to provide increased opportunities for Jamaicans to access tertiary-level education. More than eighteen higher education institutions are slated to be present at the events and according to Senior Education Officer in the Tertiary Unit at the Ministry, Renee Williams-Brown, the drive seeks to sensitize students about the various career opportunities available.
