The Management Institute for National Development (MIND) will continue efforts to advance the transformation and modernization of the public sector, through its upcoming Regional Public Sector Leadership Development Conference from July 9 to 12. The event is being held under the theme ‘Sustaining Public Sector Transformation through Leadership for Service Excellence’. Dr. Ruby Brown, Chief Executive Officer of MIND, says the conference is geared at developing leadership skills in the public sector by implementing a competency-based approach to learning and development.
