The Marcus Garvey Public Sector Graduate Scholarship, established in 2020 by Finance and Public Service Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke, is a five-year program geared at upskilling public sector employees who want to pursue postgraduate studies. The scholarship also attempts to strengthen the government’s priorities for human capital development and service excellence.
