The Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) has announced the introduction of the new Caribbean Targeted Education Certificate (CTEC) qualification. According to CXC Registrar and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr. Wayne Wesley, the new qualification will enable students to learn and engage with topics at three different paces and modules.
