The HEART/NSTA Trust has long served as the cornerstone of workforce development and vocational training in Jamaica. Its goal is to create and maintain a local workforce that is globally competitive in response to the demands of the modern workplace. Among the many initiatives being undertaken towards this objective is the HEART Summer Employment Programme, aimed at giving young people the opportunity to gain valuable work experience this summer.
