Major stakeholders in the Caribbean and the Americas gathered at the HEART NSTA Trust/ ILO/Cinterfor Sub-Regional Summit at the Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston from November 22 to 24 to discuss how to grow Technical and Vocational Education and Training in the region.  Among the presenters was Senior Programmes Director, HEART NSTA Trust, Mr. Marlon Johnson who focused on the Jamaica National Apprenticeship Programme.
