The Government, through the HEART NSTA Trust, launched the Learning and Investment for Transformation (LIFT) Programme at a Post Cabinet press briefing on Wednesday, August 09. The programme will target 500 school leavers annually, 17 years and older from constituencies across the island and is expected to enhance employment opportunities and social mobility for the nation’s youth by providing them with practical elements such as job placement, professionalism training and CV writing.
